Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To cancel single reservations the hotel must be notified 24 hours before the arrival day. The cancellation must be done directly to the hotel and at that time you will be given a cancellation number. If the reservation is not cancelled on time or the guest do not arrive, a charge of the first night will be done and the rest of the stay will be cancelled. Room assignment will be subjected to availability. 

Reservation Policy for Groups
In order to block or guarantee the reservations in our system, Hotel Casa Veranda Guatemala should receive a confirmation letter from the group indicating the number and type of rooms, the covered expenses from the company for each guest. This applies to companies with credit authorized by the hotel, if not, the payment should be 100% prepaid or by credit card. 

RESERVATION TERMS
Check-in: 15:00 hours 
​Checkout: 13:00 hours 

Early check in (register before noon): additional charge of USD $30.00 

Late checkout: From 13:00 to 18:00 hours with an additional charge of USD $30.00, after 18:00 hours full rate will be charged. 

Suggested tip for bellboys is USD $2.50 per stay, per room; and for the housekeeper is USD $1.00 per night per room.
